It is as described, and a worthy addition to my home. I haven’t used it enough to complain, but what I have tested is all good. hardware all included, wish the push up bar came with… the box was battered, seems that is what UPS does with large packages. Quick delivery, EZ to setup and a nice manual. More later.

I really love this machine and the ease of how it works is great. I have many restrictions with my back and shoulder, however this machine works great! One concern I have is one of the clips was bent and I had to send it in already. I am still waiting for a replacement. That is why it is only getting 3 stars

Love this unit. Plus when I had a very small customer service issue, the customer service at Amazon far exceeded any expectations I had. Unit is great for small spaces. Wish it had more DVD options, even to purchase!

i just got this machine.
Pros: It is compact. It is easy to set up out of the box. It is attractive. Nice design. it’s not too noisy. It glides well.
Cons: I am 5′7″ and I can see that if I were taller, it might be a problem. I have just started taking pilates classes and I feel this little machine does not really compare to the professional machines. Also, I exercise a bit but am not “that” fit and I need to use the highest tension right off the bat. I haven’t started to use the incline yet, but I will have to get around to it soon. If it wasnt such a hassle/costly to ship it back, I would probably return it.
I dont know… maybe if you are really out of shape, this would be a good starter machine for you… but overall, I’m not so thrilled.
I bought it because other people gave it good reviews and I need a small machine because I have a v. small apartment.
